Flagger - Traffic Controller Wanted
GO Personnel is currently hiring for the position of Flagger - Traffic Controller.
Responsibilities:
- Direct traffic at construction sites to ensure the safe and efficient flow of vehicles and pedestrians.
- Communicate with drivers and pedestrians, providing clear directions and instructions.
- Monitor traffic flow and adjust control measures as needed.
- Report any incidents or hazards to supervisors or appropriate authorities.
- Maintain a safe work environment for yourself, coworkers, and the public.
- GO Personnel will certify you!
Experience:
- Previous experience as a traffic controller is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with traffic control devices and procedures is a plus.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and stand for long periods.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
- Background check and drug screen required.
- Must be able to work outside all day.
- Must be able to stand all day.
Temp to Hire:
This is a temp-to-perm union position. For the temp-to-perm role, you will work for our client for 90 days. After 90 days, you will be hired as a Union Flagger with a raise and full union benefits. Base pay is $17.78 per hour during the temp-to-perm period.

- This position requires travel to various locations. Reliable transportation is a must!
- You must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.

GO Personnel is Currently Hiring Steel Warehouse Workers (Overhead Crane, Forklift, Truck Loader/Unloader, Saw Operator) Positions. $20.00 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:
Punching holes in steel pipes
Loading and unloading trucks
Packaging materials for shipping
Saw Operations
Forklift Operations
Overhead Crane Operations
Additional duties:
Pulls products based on daily orders.
Meets specifics of customer orders in a timely manner.
Keeps products separated, organized, and in good rotation.
Monitors product quality frequently, reporting problems to mitigate safety issues.
Operates various pieces of equipment (i.e. Bendi, Palletizer, Dolly Loader, Pallet Wrapper, and Electrical Pallet Jacks).
Reports any mechanical problems.
Utilizes a continuous improvement mindset and assists in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
Follows good manufacturing practices and required work-safe practices.
Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
Performs other duties as assigned.
