Location: Shawnee, KS 66226
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $18–$20/hr (Depending on Experience)
Type: Temp-to-Hire

What You’ll Do:

• Inspect incoming and outgoing material for accuracy, damage, and even the smallest imperfections
• Verify items against packing slips and purchase orders
• Organize, label, and prepare inventory for storage or shipment
• Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks or forklifts
• Process shipments using FedEx and UPS platforms
• Maintain accurate records and update inventory systems
• Follow safety procedures and keep your workspace clean and efficient

What You Bring:

• Previous warehouse, logistics, or inspection experience preferred
• Familiarity with FedEx and UPS shipping systems
• Strong attention to detail and good eyesight for inspection tasks
• Dependable, patient, and willing to learn new systems and processes
• Clear communication skills and ability to work independently
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• High school diploma or equivalent
• A background check is required
• Drug screen is required

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred, with a focus on shipping & receiving operations.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and e-commerce logistics is a plus.
• Proficient in operating forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks safely.
• Knowledge of order picking processes, packaging standards, and inventory management practices.
• Basic math skills for accurate counting and inventory tracking.
• Experience with MRP systems or AS400 is advantageous but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate screen printing machines with precision and care
• Mix inks and prepare screens to match design specs
• Prepare screens and inks for printing, ensuring proper color matching and consistency.
• Inspect printed items for quality and accuracy
• Clean and maintain equipment to ensure peak performance
• Collaborate with design and production teams to meet deadlines
• Operate screen printing equipment to produce designs on various materials.
• Maintain equipment and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the printing process.
• Ensure that all printed materials meet quality standards before delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to enhance production quality.
• Assist in the development of new design concepts, utilizing skills in digital design and graphic design.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in screen printing
• Strong understanding of color theory and design
• Excellent attention to detail and good eyesight
• Friendly, dependable, and agile—able to move quickly and stay focused
• Clear communicator with a great attitude and willingness to learn
• Patient and steady under pressure
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Sketch.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, visual design, and layout design.
• Experience in screen printing techniques and production processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Previous experience in print advertising or illustration is advantageous.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to consistent quality

• Morning: 6 AM – 2:30 PM
• Afternoon: 11 AM – 7:30 PM
• Use specialized tools to bend and shape materials.
• Install die rules into boards to create precise cuts.
• Work hands-on to build large cutting dies—think big projects with real impact!

Die Maker – Rotary Cutting Dies (8 AM – 4:30 PM)

• Master every step of rotary die making.
• Install steel rules into die boards.
• Learn how to rubber rotary dies and operate laser tools.
